merlin: “Remember…” Dan has confirmed that this handsome Christmas ornament my daughter and I stumbled on at the Hallmark store does, indeed, portray the vulcan mind meld scene he keeps randomly quoting on Back to Work. Just for what it’s worth, if I were ever to see this ornament on someone’s Christmas tree, I would immediately report its owner to the appropriate authorities. Because, that is a person who should not be trusted with a pine tree. Let alone a small hook. Forewarned is forearmed, Van Hœt. Ugh. OK, I guess it’s gonna be me. This does NOT portray the mind meld scene from “Wrath of Kahn”. Jesus. Come on. Is this a joke? Some kind of laughable test? This is the mind meld from the original series episode “Mirror, Mirror”. GET IT RIGHT. Ugh.
